“Fabrics used to be more traditional. For the past 10-20 years, consumers have been directly bringing us different materials to work on or urging us to find new ones. Lately we have been using rhodoid, latex, glazed leather, materials which didn’t exist 50 years ago.
Although we always work from an existing model that the client requests us to alter – smaller, larger, higher – each resulting piece is unique due to the difference in materials.
We always strive to be creative, to invent models. It is a daily challenge because some of our clients already know our products, so we have to be able to offer them something new.”
