Any visitor wishing to access Première Vision Paris, either physically or digitally, will need an e-pass.

 

  • What is an e-pass?

    It is the access form for anyone wishing to attend Première Vision Paris. It is sent by email. The pass is totally electronic, i.e. its medium is the QR code received:

    • With the pre-registration confirmation, displayed in their account (see dedicated section “My Account”), downloaded in .pdf format and readable directly on a smartphone screen,
    • by email, by presenting the email directly on the smartphone screen
    • it is also possible to print the received support
  • Where to order an e-pass?

    By signing in to your account at the following URL: https://account.premierevision.com/PV/s/login/?language=en_US .

    The pass gives access to the show during the 3 days, whatever the duration of a visitor’s stay (1, 2 or 3 days).

  • I have logged in but I cannot order my pass. How do I proceed? Who to contact?

    The e-pass is ordered individually. Each visitor must log in individually to his/her Première Vision account to order his/her personal e-pass.

    Our teams are more than ever ready to help you. There is a dedicated Première Vision office in your country/geographical area. Contact them from the list to find your contact person.

  • Can I register more than one person? How do I do this? How to add / remove a contact?

    The e-pass is to be ordered individually (the same e-mail address can only be used once for registration).

    Each visitor must log in individually (or activate his/her own Première Vision account) to order an e-pass.

    Our teams are more than ever at your disposal to help you. Do not hesitate to contact directly the Première Vision office of your country/geographical area  

  • I have not received / I have lost my e-pass. Where can I find it?
    • Log in to your visitor account to retrieve your e-pass.
    • Check your spam folder, if the email address in your profile is correct and validated, you should receive your pre-registration confirmation in your mail box.

    If you are unable to retrieve your e-pass, please go to the Assistance desk in the hall where you are when you arrive at the exhibition and tell the hostesses that you have reserved your e-pass but have not received it. After verification, your pass will be printed.

  • How to access the exhibition with my e-pass ?
    1. a) I present my e-pass (downloaded or received by email) directly on my smartphone at the entrance checkpoints of the halls
    2. b) I keep it available in my phone for any identity check when I am in the halls

    For those who do not have a smartphone, assistance desks will allow our hostesses to register you and then print you a pass to present at the controls.

  • Can I get a pass directly when I get there?

    When you arrive on site you will find at each entrance:

    – Signboards with a QR code to scan with your smartphone, to redirect you directly to the identification page of your account, then to register in a few clicks, and finally to display your e-pass to present at the checkpoints.

    For those who do not have a smartphone, assistance desks will allow our hostesses to register you and then print you a pass to present at the controls.
