Since 2015, the Smart Creation universe at Première Vision Paris has been promoting the responsible approaches of the show’s exhibitors by setting up an area entirely dedicated to innovation, eco-design and technological solutions that shape (or will shape) the future of fashion.
Smart Creation: smart and committed fashion
New product developments, alternative materials, cutting-edge technical and technological innovations, advice and adapted services… solutions to support the creative fashion industry in its eco-responsible transformation are at the heart of the Smart Creation area.
For the next edition of the show, from 6 to 8 February, at the Parc des Expositions, Paris Nord Villepinte, there will be around 65 exhibitors in the PV HUB (Hall 6), selected for their expertise, their commitment and the innovative, surprising or necessary nature of their products, solutions or services.
In order to better meet the needs of buyers and companies, the Smart Creation area is broken up into 3 zones: Smart Tech, Smart Services and Smart Materials, where you’ll find an area dedicated to circularity.
Smart Materials | Eco-designed fibers and materials
Selected from all over the world, the companies of the Smart Materials zone will present innovative materials, new eco-designed fibres, dyeing processes or chemical solutions with reduced impact.
Smart Tech | Technological solutions and innovations
The cutting-edge companies to discover in this area are dedicated to innovative technological solutions, such as processes for digitising materials, traceability and measuring environmental impact.
Smart Services | Counselling and certification
The Smart Services area brings together a selection of services companies to support the entire supply chain with new certifications and responsible initiatives.
An area dedicated to circularity
Within Smart Materials, you’ll have the opportunity to meet creative circularity experts Nona Source, Adapta and Atelier des Matières, specialised in sustainable sourcing solutions, the revaluation of deadstocks and in giving a second life to materials.
New in February, you’ll also find the new PV deadstocks area nearby, where some twenty Fabrics exhibitors will be offering a selection of their deadstocks.
