We have crafted this jacket and trousers using the TPS (Twin Prover Seam) sewing technique, which involves sewing the selvedge edges of the denim flat without overlapping them. This approach minimises fabric waste whilst transforming it into a unique design feature. We have further enhanced the rarity of these pieces by using selvedge denim woven on shuttle looms in Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture Japan's largest denim-producing region.
We used fabric scraps that would normally be discarded to create a single piece of fabric using TPS sewing techniques. The result is an eco-friendly jacket.
