Tessitura la Colombina will let you try out a 100-year-old loom and create fabrics from natural hemp and cotton fibers. Natural materials will also have pride of place in a second workshop designed in collaboration with Stilhandmade. In this “laboratory”, visitors can try their hand at weaving a unique piece.

Denim Première Vision puts students in the spotlight

The new generation of fashion designer is coming! From Italy to Turkey, students from several fashion schools will have the opportunity to express their talent in projects showcased during the show.

Project Tomorrow, a project to connect the industry with student designers

Two of Europe’s most prestigious fashion schools, IED and NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti have teamed up with Denim Première Vision for an exceptional project. Launched in September 2023 with the aim of creating a connection between students and industry professionals, Project Tomorrow will see 10 students co-create a collection for Autumn-Winter 25-26 with Denim PV’s fashion team and exhibitors. They will be able to work with the best denim fabrics of the season and will receive guidance from expert pattern maker Alessio Berto. While the genesis of the project will be presented during the November show, the final pieces will be on display at the next edition in June. Another good reason to be there!

Blue New Wave, an avant-garde collection co-created with students

How can you push the limits of denim even further? This is the intricate question Turkish exhibitor Tüsa Denim and students and lecturers at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University are trying to answer. With transformation as their main source of inspiration, they came up with a collection that illustrates the power of collaboration. The joining of forces between Tüsa’s innovative fabrics and the creative talents of young designers has given birth to experimental pieces supported by artisanal know-how. The results can be seen in an installation dedicated to the project, right next to the forum area.

Out of the blue: not-to-be-missed creative spaces and installations

Want to ride a Cake? Cake is a Swedish company specialising in the design of lightweight, quiet, clean and high-performance electric mopeds and motorcycles. The awarded Kalk model will be presented at the show, but other Cake creations will also be on display… and available to ride! Not to be missed: the electric motorcycle used by Sinje Gottwald to cross the African continent solo.

In the Gallery Space turkish denim specialist ISKO™️  will present its RADRAGS™ Ø WASTE project. This collection, developed by Creative Room™ Italia and made using Ctrl+Z technology, aims to deliver pieces inspired by historical denim icons, while taking a responsible approach.

Il Mulino goes to Denim Première Vision! After welcoming Denim PV for a Get Together during Milan Fashion Week last September, it’s Denim PV’s turn to invite Il Mulino to the show. In a dedicated space at the center of the Denim Fashion District the team of Il Mulino will recreate an atelier where you will discover the art of craftmanship and the upcycling positive wave.

Also within the Denim Fashion District, designer Jonathan Christopher will unveil pieces from his Transformation collection. This eclectic, responsible edit has been crafted from fabrics sourced from around the world and treated using Rudolf’s signature Better Chemistry process.

Denim icon and Denim PV regular Stefano Chiassai Studio joins forces with TheCube Archive to present “Bluetailoring: from a fabric to a concept” in the Superstudio Più Loft. In this immersive 2,000-sqft space Stefano Chiassai searches the landscape of menswear for new potentials taking denim into the realm of tailoring. Here, Chiassai expresses his personal interpretation of the most common fabri on the planet, with the collaboration of 4 of the show’s exhibitors (Casati Flock, FashionArt, Berto et Outside Denim Lab) and 30 Italian companies: in short, the very best of Made in Italy.

Cin cin, to end the day the Italian way

To celebrate this new Milanese edition, Denim PV is teaming up with Turkish denim manufacturer ISKO™️ for a drink & network event on 22 November from 6pm. Join us in Superstudio Più’s Daylight Hall to enjoy a taste of the Italian “aperitivo” featuring the crème de la crème of Italian specialties: Spritz, of course, but also wine, olives and gorgonzola. “Cin cin”, as they say in Milan!
