1/ ORDERING A PASS

  • What is a pass? (previously called “e-pass”)

    A pass is an admission ticket to the Première Vision Paris show. It is sent to you by e-mail.

  • I have logged in but I am having trouble ordering my pass. What should I do? Who should I contact?

    Each pass must be ordered individually. Each visitor must log in individually to their own Première Vision account to order their pass in their own name.

    Once you are logged in, you may be presented with your profile information page. This will happen if your profile is incomplete or if you have not logged in to your account in more than 6 months.

    NOTE: you will not be able to edit your last name, first name or e-mail address. If you wish to do this, please refer to the “Management of my online visitor account” section

    There is a Première Vision office for your country/geographical area. Please refer to the list here to find your contact person.

  • Can I register multiple visitors? How? How do I add/remove a colleague?

    Each pass is ordered individually (an e-mail address can only be used once for registration). Each visitor must log in individually (or create their own Première Vision account) to order their pass.

    A special service has been created for companies ordering more than 9 passes. For more information, please see this page.

    If you have access to this service, you can add a colleague (via a dedicated button) but you cannot remove one.

  • What are the payment methods available to order my pass from the online shop?

    The following payment methods are available:

    – bank card (CB, Visa, Mastercard or American Express).

    If you would like to arrange a deferred payment, please contact the Première Vision office for your country/geographical area. Its name and phone number are displayed in your online shop account.

    NEW – As of the February 2020 edition, access will be faster and simpler:

    The paper pass will no longer be swapped for a plastic version at the venue: once printed, it is all you will need to gain access to the shows.

    It must be printed, even if you have downloaded it to a smartphone or on the Première Vision Paris app. The printed pass must be presented for admission to the venue.

    Printers will be available at each venue entrance, should you need one.

    There will also be cash desks at the show entrances in halls 3, 5 and 6 for visitors who prefer to buy their pass at the venue on the day.

     

    – On-site check-in desks and cash desks, to buy your pass as well as your access to a seminar and / or  the Colour Card/ Range. Payment may be made in cash, or by check or credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

  • I have not received my pass. What should I do?

    Log in to your visitor account to download and print your pass. Click on the “pass” menu.

    If you are unable to retrieve your pass, go to the nearest “Pass Assistance” desk upon arrival at the show, with the invoice you received by e-mail if possible, and tell the hostesses that you purchased your pass but have not received anything. After checking their records, they will be able to print your pass.

  • There is a mistake on my pass. What should I do?

  • I prefer to buy my pass at the venue on the day. How can I do that?

    At each entrance to the venue you will find:

    • Terminals from which to purchase a pass, access to a seminar and/or a Colour Range, accepting payment by CB, Visa or Mastercard only.
    • Self-service check-in desks and cash desks from which to purchase a pass, access to a seminar and/or a Colour Range, accepting payments in cash, by cheque or by bank card (CB, Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
