Tzuri Gueta, engineering creativity

«Silicone-fed lace», patented in 2004, is a subtle marriage of new polymer technologies with traditional textile know-hows. The technique exploits all the delicacy of lace, lending it a romantic and futuristic touch.
With his engineering background, Tzuri Gueta is a bold explorer of materials. Textile fibres are diverted to new uses, updated, and pushed ever further in terms of their aesthetic qualities. The fabrics he creates combine innovative techniques and natural aspects, inspired by the macroscopic marine world and the plant world. The dialogue between fabric and silicone gives birth to resolutely modern fabrics.
This unique know-how allows Tzuri Gueta to work with the demanding world of Haute Couture each season. In addition, he designs a collection of jewellery, objects and unique items.
From February 12-14, 2013, Tzuri Gueta participates in Maison d’Exceptions, the space at Première Vision dedicated to haute création.
