“Added value is really about something exceptional, something refined, which is often, but not exclusively handmade, and secondly, it is a constant search for innovation and new technologies. It always revolves around the same ideas more or less, but what we’re looking for are new ways of putting them to use. It must be very traditional, exceptional. Often, they are then broken down and industrialized but we like to be one step ahead.”
