4M Mood couture – ES
This Spanish manufacturer is specialised in feminine headwear. In addition to a collection of flowers, feathers, garlands and other hat decorations, 4M also offers finished or semi-finished hats, with all the accessories needed to make them oneself: adhesives, dyes, fasteners, braid, pins, based on horsehair or raffia. To complete the range, the manufacturer also sells additional accessories such as tiaras, hairbands, accessories for bags, belts, gloves, lace gloves, brooches and more, for weddings and other ceremonies.
ADDARO – IN
This traditional embroidery company aims to offer the most sumptuous products from India in this area. With a team composed of in-house designers and 400 fine embroiderers, experts in the techniques of aari and zardozi, Addaro offers its clients exclusive models. Its embroideries combining gems, diamanté, crystals, cannetille and more have already conquered the Middle East and target the wedding, ceremony and evening dress sectors. They stand out for their harmonious compositions with realistic motifs of roses, bouquets and stems, enhanced by three-dimensional effects.
AKBEY TEKSTIL – TR
Manufacturer of waistbands for classic, sportswear and underwear markets, Akbey Tekstil produces thousands of different models and can also prepare special orders. The models can be customised through printing or embossing and the fabrics, whether dyed or printed, can be produced to order, with colour hold in line with the expected usage, and all items labelled Oekotex 100. Keen to offer a creative and contemporary collection, the manufacturer has its own design studio to keep abreast of trends.
AMB FACTORY – IT
AMB were originally button makers, but are now increasingly developing their jewellery sector. Their collection, which is rich in customized buttons, jewellery and decorations, notably includes motifs in articulated diamanté-incrusted mesh, sandal jewels, decorations for clothing and leather labels with metal markings. Equipped with a wide variety of tools for enamelling, polishing, cutting out, engraving etc. for all sorts of materials such as leather, metal and stones, AMB is constantly looking for new solutions to meet the specific requests of its clients.
BERTHEAS – FR
This company is specialised in the production of technical fabrics and more particularly elastic fabrics for medical usages. After joining the Cheynet group in 1989, its range grew to include elastic jacquard waistbands for fashion markets, allowing Berthéas to become one of the leading European weavers of elastic tapes.
The collections target the orthopaedic, underwear and sports markets as well as all other technical applications. This cross-cutting expertise allows it to add a touch of technicity to fashion items and also to bring fashion to technical products, thus combining functionality and design.
BINDER – FBM – DE
Binder is one of the largest European manufacturers of chains. Created in 1910, this company boasts great expertise in mechanical chains and small machined parts for jewellery and accessories, in brass, steel, silver and gold, up to 22 carats. Everything is made in Germany and the company places great emphasis on service: no minimum quantities, logistical support, more than 1000 references in stock.
Notable in the new collection: a series of brass models specially developed to be very lightweight and which will surely interest the leather goods sector.
ETICHETTIFICIO PUGLIESE – IT
This company, owned by Etichettificio Pugliese, is able to offer a complete range of packaging services including functional accessories (composition, size, care labels and seals) as well as image accessories (labels, ribbons, laces, zip braids, sliders, personalized packaging). The manufacturer also designs and produces catalogues, presentation cases, special cards, and can even supply certain tools for attaching labels and a press for heat transfers. A “360°” partner with in-depth experience of the fashion world.
HJ LITE – KR
Since its creation in 1996, HJ Lite has specialised in reflective materials for PPE, workwear, sport and fashion, with high requirements in terms of standards and innovations. The collection is made up of printable films that can be cut out then heat bonded, and customized, plus reflective items applied to a variety of materials such as cotton and aramid, and reflective threads that make it possible to vary applications. With an interesting palette of colours and the possibility of bespoke colours, HJ Lite offers the fashion sector products that are both high performance and out of the ordinary.
LATON CREATION / DE PABLOS E HIJOS – ES
This family company, originally artisan jewellery makers, has adopted cutting-edge technological tools which have allowed it to become a reference in the luxury leather goods sector, while maintaining an activity making fine jewellery for men and women. Buckles, rings, studs, clasps, collars, chains, cufflinks… De Pablos E Hijos also produces one-off products, for catwalks for example, as well as larger production runs, and accompanies its clients from the development of prototypes to the final delivery to stores, while strictly respecting its deadlines.
LASERTEAM – IT
Laserteam works as a sub-contractor for the fashion and footwear industry, proposing original models of panels, uppers, handles, etc. Laserteam uses a wide range of techniques such as hot fix, hand or machinery embroidery, laser cut-outs, intarsia, edge painting, laser impression with watercolours (which makes it possible to obtain brighter colours), fine chain work, notably in edging and intarsia cloisonné work. All these procedures are applied intelligently to the support material, are of the highest quality and pay particular attention to detail. Laserteam works for the premium, luxury and couture footwear, leather goods and clothing sectors.
MOOVER – IT
This company is specialised in placed embroidery (3D embroidery, Cornely, bouclette embroidery) completed with inkjet printing. It produced heat-bonded patches, customized caps and motifs placed on the client’s fabrics. Everything is done in-house in its Italian workshop, with a team of 20 people and 12 Tajima embroidery machines, renowned for the quality of their high-relief embroidery and precision details. Moover targets a premium and luxury clientele, including labels such as Off White, Marcelo Burlon, Palm Angels, Heron Preston, Just Cavalli, Vivienne Westwood, Dsquared, and more.
M.Y. GILARDY – DE
A family company that started out trading gems, M.Y. Gilardy now works with fine and precious stones (amethyst, aquamarine, blue topaz, citrine, diamonds, onyx, tourmaline, peridot, quartz, etc.) plus beads and precious metals. The manufacturer also produces high-tech quality ceramics, such as clasps, sliders, buckles, caps, chains and jewellery components of extreme precision, in all colours and finishes. Since 2006, M.Y. Gilardy has been designing its own collections of finished jewellery. Everything is made in-house by qualified craftsmen who work to bespoke orders, without minimum quantities.
NH TEXTIL – TN
Heat transfers, non-woven, interlining, stiffeners, waistbands, pocket linings, shoulder pads, bias binding, etc.: NH TEXTILproduces all the invisible ingredients that are so essential for manufacturing. The company does not consider itself to be just a supplier, but a logistical partner, committed to the quality of its products and its services. It is also careful to offer products that are environmentally friendly, authentic but not anonymous, and which demonstrate their high standards of quality.
RICAMIFICIO GS – IT
Created in 1988, this company has an embroidery department and a screen-printing department. Ricamificio GS does not hesitate to combine techniques such as machine embroidery, hand embroidery, quilting, embossing, hot fix, rivets and beads, with sublimation, screen printing and flocking. The next collection notably includes a combination of embroidery and inkjet printing, that can also be developed in a large format. Innovation, attention to detail and high standards of quality combine here with great creative freedom, which has attracted prestigious fashion houses such as Gucci, Moschino, Lanvin, Pierre Balmain and more.
SYLVIE – IT
This company is specialised in high frequency on leather. This technique, which is widely used on plastics, has been reworked by Dino Vaona, founder of the company, to adapt it to the characteristics of leather. Using high frequency on leather produces surprising shapes and volumes, unbroken and with no stitching, and which could not be produced in any other way, even by hand. Initially specialised in footwear, Sylvie has also developed this technique for leather goods, clothing and other sectors. Uppers, embossed panels, buckles, handles, showcases, decorations, jewels…the list is endless as is the creativity of the shapes.
VISA – IT
The Visa group produces findings and semi-finished accessories for jewellery in the luxury and fashion sectors. The company imports and distributes precious, semi-precious and cultured gemstones that it cuts in its own workshop according to the requirements of the customer: personalization is one of the strong points of this manufacturer. The group also has a galvanisation unit for metal items, and a department known as Visa Colors, dedicated to the development of coloured finishes (paint, enamel, glitter, technical finishes, etc.) for all sectors such as leather goods, footwear, jewellery, metal accessories, decoration, and more.
WEAVABEL – UK
Woven labels, embroidered labels, hangtags, metal, leather or silicon accessories, packaging, and more. Weavabel makes everything that carries the identity of the label and offers an end-to-end service, from the initial design to the production. This company, based in England, offers its clients its experience and its detailed knowledge of the codes of the various universes (classic, jeanswear, sportswear, etc.) that is constantly being updated in line with current trends. The next collection places the accent on technical appearances though the use of innovative materials, as well as an environmental commitment via efficient design and respectful materials.
