“L’Appartement Français aims to be a place of life as much digital as physical where one finds all the objects of consumption present at home every day. Our role as a distributor is to pass on to the end customer the know-how and history that characterise a manufacturer or a brand. This is a real responsibility because we must be perfectly trained to be able to pass on this know-how to the end customer. So you must have had a real crush for the product, for the brand, and be proud to distribute them.
It is this very philanthropic approach that we favour to select all the brands present at the French Apartment. Of course we require by means of a contractual commitment that they provide us with all the information we need about the origin of the materials and the manufacturing locations of the products. We also take the time to meet the producers and visit their workshops. It is both a source of personal motivation to learn always more about the specificities of know-how by witnessing the manufacturing processes, but also and above all a real guarantee of transparency to the end customer who knows everything about the object he has in front of his eyes or his screen.”
