Une Glace à Paris

Using the finest quality ingredients – milk, cream and eggs of course, along with vanilla, chocolate, coffee, pralines and fruit – the team creates everything on site. Cream rises, rises, and rises, confections are light, vaporous, airy. Nougatine yields delicately to the bite, cocoa beans perfume the air, and vanilla is the undisputed mistress of the entire place, where wondrous machines hum, twirl and murmur.

Emmanuel Ryon and Olivier Ménard are anxious to meet the full range of ice-cream cravings so their magical atelier offers everything from ice cream cones to small cups, cone pastries, take-away ice cream in half-litre containers, and ice-cream cakes to sample at home after a good meal…
