The 30th edition of the Hyères International Festival of Fashion and Photography concluded Sunday, April 26th with the delivering results of the fashion competition. On the occasion of this anniversary, an exceptional Jury has been mobilized to give the Grand Jury Prize Première Vision. Chaired by Virginie Viard, Creative Studio Director of CHANEL, under the exceptional artistic direction of Karl Lagerfeld, the jury awarded the young designer Annelie Schubert. Her collection was produced with the support of from the following Première Vision Fabrics weavers: Jakob Schlaepfer, Luxury Jersey, Styletex and Teseo. With strong and bold silhouettes, subtle details and discreet constructions, the winner presents an elegant collection highlight unpretentiously, thanks to the simplicity and the determination of the designer.
For 5 years now, Première Vision show its support to the young creation by its commitment alongside the Hyères Festival. The winner Annelie Schubert will be granted with a donation of 15 000€ and will received a lasting professional relations with Première Vision. Indeed, she will be granted free access for two years to all the Première Vision shows in Paris, and to the seminars organised by its fashion teams. She will fully enjoy a heightened visibility to international fashion industry players and professionals as her collection will be showcased at the Première Vision New York (July 21 & 22) and Première Vision Paris (September 15 to 17) shows.
The Première Vision involvement begin long before the festival. Indeed, the 10 finalists were welcomed last 11, 12 and 13 February to the Première Vision Paris shows. They were put in direct contact with exhibitors who expressed a desire to collaborate with them, and thus benefitted from a privileged access to yarns, fabrics, leathers and accessories from top international companies. They were also welcomed by select exhibitors at Première Vision Manufacturing, the fashion manufacturing show, to help them make their collections.
